Scholarship Funds

Of the many missions of the Colorado State Patrol Family Foundation, furthering education has been a great priority over the years.  As  a member of the ACSPP, spouses, dependent children, and members themselves may be eligible for the annual scholarship awards.

The Foundation is proud to share that since 2005, we have awarded 354 scholarships, totaling $491,050.00.  Also, as part of our application process, candidates are required to complete eight hours of community service.  As a result of this requirement, our scholarship applicants have spent nearly 2,300 hours volunteering in their communities.

2020 Scholarship Announcement

The General Tuition Scholarship is available to full or part-time students and is to be applied against the cost of tuition, books and fees to a college or trade school of the recipient’s choice.

The Lyle F. Wohlers Scholarship is available to full or part-time students pursuing a criminal justice or law enforcement related degree, and is to be applied against the cost of tuition, books and fees to a college or trade school of the recipient’s choice.
